Look Around

Without moving too much, let your eyes wander slowly.

Find three things you can see right now:

Something with a color you like
Something soft or textured
Something still and quiet

Let your eyes rest on each one. No need to name them—just notice.

Step 2 of 4

Small Movements

Your body might feel far away. Let's bring it back, gently.

Wiggle your toes
Squeeze and release your hands
Roll your shoulders slowly
Turn your head side to side
Take one big stretch

Even tiny movements tell your body: "I'm still here. You're safe."

Step 3 of 4

One Breath

Not a big breath. Not a perfect breath. Just one.

When you're ready, press the button and take one slow breath with me.
