Short version: Sunday Hush offers AI-guided wellness experiences, not licensed professional advice. You keep ownership of your content, we use it only to provide the service, and you need to use your own judgment when interacting with AI-generated output.
A wellness experience, not a licensed practice
Sunday Hush is an Aurandel product. It includes editorial content, calming tools, and AI-powered companion experiences including Sera. These experiences may offer personalized guidance, conversation, and support through voice and text interaction.
Important boundaries
- Not a therapist, counselor, or mental health provider. Sunday Hush and Sera provide AI-generated guidance and support, not clinical treatment. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 or text HOME to 741741.
- Not a substitute for professional advice. Do not rely on Sunday Hush for medical, legal, or financial decisions.
- Not infallible. AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. Use your own judgment.
Who can use Sunday Hush experiences
Age requirement
You must be 18 years or older to use Sera and other Aurandel account-based products unless we explicitly say otherwise.
Your account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.
- You may delete your account at any time.
Ownership stays with you
- Memories, reflections, voice conversations, preferences, and other content you create within Sunday Hush experiences belong to you.
- You grant Aurandel a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service.
- We do not use your content to train AI models.
- We do not sell, share, or monetize your content.
- When you delete content, it is permanently removed within 90 days.
Intellectual property and brand protections
- Aurandel technology is protected by patents and patent applications across its product ecosystem.
- The Aurandel name, logo, and product names including Sunday Hush, Sera, Catalyst, and Remayne are trademarks of Aurandel, Inc.
- You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or create derivative works based on our products or technology.
What you agree not to do
- Use Sunday Hush or Sera to harass, threaten, or harm others.
- Attempt to extract or reverse-engineer our AI models, prompts, or proprietary technology.
- Use our products for any illegal purpose.
- Create accounts under false identities.
- Resell or redistribute access to our products.
Payments, refunds, and liability
Payments & subscriptions
- Product pricing is listed on the relevant Aurandel or Sunday Hush product pages.
- Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time unless otherwise stated at checkout.
- For refund requests, contact support@aurandel.com within 30 days for review.
Limitation of liability
- Our products are provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law.
- We are not liable for decisions you make based on AI-generated content.
- We are not liable for emotional responses to AI interactions.
- We are not liable for service interruptions or data loss beyond what is commercially reasonable to prevent.
- Our total liability will not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
How legal disputes are handled
- Governing law: State of Delaware.
- Disputes are resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in Sussex County, Delaware.
- Class action waiver: disputes must be resolved individually, not as part of a class action.
- Small claims exception: either party may bring eligible claims in small claims court.
